I was born and raised in the Sacramento area and attended an all girls Catholic High School. I graduated San Diego State University, returned to my hometown for two years and have since moved back to Southern California.

I am currently writing a young adult murder mystery set in Sacramento, California.​ When I am not writing, or working from home, you can find me reading, taking long walks (alone or with my dog Alani), surfing and spending time with friends and family.
